assignment: Design of the book for artist Nel Aerts. The book consists of the residue of an installation with 300 sticks. Visitors could take sticks home. The book, printed on 300 copies, pictures every remaining stick and leaves a blank set-up for the sticks that are no longer in the artist's possesion.
The spines of the 300 books were then again re-colored like the original sticks. An installation featuring a giant xylophone of the remaining sticks was presented at the book presentation. (presentation pictures: Liene Aerts)
A color version of the book exists as an multiple and is exactly the double of the black and white book.
